Workout log for people who lift
Your last workout, already filled in. Tick and move on.
Free to train, no ads. From your second session every set arrives with last time's reps and weight, so a set you repeat is one tap. Prefer typing? Write it like a note: 8x60 is 8 reps at 60 kg. A daily check-in and your week sit in the same place, in the browser on your phone and computer.

One-tap logging
The set you did last time is already there.
From your second session, every row arrives with last time's reps and weight. Did the same again? Tick it. Did more? Tap the number and change it. When every set reached the top of your rep range, the rows come prefilled one weight step heavier instead, so check the number before you tick. Your very first session shows Set weight instead of a number: type what you lift, or tap Just the bar.
- Type it like a note. 8x55 is 8 reps at 55 kg; 8x55x45x35 adds two drops. The shorthand you already write turns into sets and drops. Every format.
- Rest timer starts on the tick. Big numbers you can read from the bench, while Liftorra is open on screen.
- A set can't get lost. The workout is kept on your device as you log it, even with no signal in the basement gym.
Lat pulldown
Daily check-in
Four numbers a day. Not a food diary.
Protein, calories, steps and bodyweight sit next to your training, as totals. No meals, no barcodes. Bodyweight shows a 7-day average, the number to watch when you are trying to lose or gain weight, because a single weigh-in jumps around. Same weight as yesterday? One tap on Same weight as yesterday fills it in, with Undo; the other numbers are yours to add as the day goes. These numbers are private and never appear in a feed or a group.
Plan your week
Your split fills the week for you.
Pick a program once. Every week is laid out from it, with rest days where you want them. Move a session to another day, or skip it with a reason, in one tap.

Invite-only groups
Train with your people. Keep score on lifting.
Make a group for your gym friends, your partner or your club. Only people you invite can join. Pick one of four challenges, each one saying what it ranks, and the board updates when someone finishes a session. Groups are part of Liftorra Plus.
- Plan done: planned sessions done, as a share of your own plan, so every level can win.
- Strength gain: the biggest % gain in estimated max (the most you could lift once) on a chosen lift.
- Volume: total weight lifted during the challenge.
- Streak: weeks with every planned session done.
To score, share the workout with your groups. Workouts shared as Friends & groups or Public count toward challenges; Friends & groups is the default for new workouts (per workout, or the default in settings). Friends and Only me workouts do not count. How groups work.

Bring your log
Import from Notion, Strong or Hevy.
Your history comes with you, in the web app. You see a preview of every session before anything is saved, and exercise names are matched to the built-in list.
Notion
Export your workspace as Markdown and CSV and drop the folder in. Day pages become sessions, and the week table's Protein, Calories, Steps and Bodyweight columns become check-ins. Rep lines like 10x40 are read as sets.
Strong
Export your workouts as CSV in Strong, then drop the file in. Sessions, sets, weights and dates come across.
Hevy
Export your workouts as CSV from Hevy and drop the file in. Past sessions come across in order.
Progress and personal bests
See yourself get stronger, without a spreadsheet.
Bests are found for you: heaviest weight, estimated max (the most you could likely lift for one rep, worked out from your sets) and session volume. Each lift gets at most one gold mark per session, so a new best still means something.
- A chart of estimated max per lift, week by week, with every best marked.
- One line of advice when you have earned more weight, or when a lift has stalled for three sessions.
- Half a year in one picture: every day as a square.

FAQ
Questions people ask first
Is it free?
Training is. Logging, plans, programs, progress, bests, the check-in, import and export, friends and the feed are free for everyone, with no ads. Liftorra Plus, €5 a month, adds groups and challenges, notifications and a profile photo. The first 100 accounts get Plus free for good. Pricing.
How is it free, and who runs it?
Liftorra is a small independent project, started by a lifter who logged his training in Notion and wanted something faster. Plus pays for the servers, so the training log can stay free without ads, and your data is never sold (see the privacy policy). Questions: hello@liftorra.com.
Can I export my data?
Yes. In the web app, Me, then Import and export saves every finished workout as a CSV file, free. Importing from Notion, Strong and Hevy works there too.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Liftorra runs in the browser at app.liftorra.com, on your phone and your computer. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. An iPhone and Android app is being built but is not in the app stores yet; when it is, it uses the same account and the same log.
Does it work with bad signal in the gym?
Yes. The workout you are logging is kept on your device as you go, and your changes sync when you are back online. If the app closes mid-workout, Today offers to continue where you left off.
Does the rest timer alert me when my phone is locked?
Not yet. The rest timer starts when you tick a set and runs while Liftorra is open on screen. There is no lock-screen alert or sound in the background today.
Can I do supersets?
Yes. Link exercises into a superset in the logger or in your program, and move between them as you go.
Do I have to log food?
No. The check-in takes totals only: protein, calories, steps and bodyweight. Skip any you do not track. There is no food database and no barcode scanning.
Who can see my workouts?
You choose per workout: only you, your friends, your friends and your groups, or anyone on Liftorra. New workouts default to Friends & groups, which counts toward group challenges without making anything public; Public counts too, Friends and Only me do not. Groups see those challenge scores on their leaderboards. Bodyweight, calories, protein and steps are always private and never appear in a feed or group. Who sees what.
Does it sync with Apple Health or my watch?
Not yet. Apple Health and Health Connect come first, then watch apps. Until then you type steps and bodyweight in the check-in.
kg or lb?
Both. Pick one in settings and the app shows every weight in it. The calculators on this site have a kg / lb switch too.
