What's new

Older updates, page 3 of 8.

8 updates

6 October 2026

  • What's new now shows one week at a time, with the biggest changes first and the small fixes folded away until you open them.
  • On the web, links inside a sentence are now underlined, so you can spot them without relying on colour.

A calmer swipe to delete

  • Rows you can swipe away now show a small red line on their right edge, and swiping no longer shows the big red Delete area or the hint.

7 updates

Finish is ready on your last set

  • On your last set, Finish already sits full width under the rest timer, and it lights up the moment you tick that set.

5 October 2026

  • On the web, Back now closes the open sheet, like the keypad or comments, instead of leaving the page. A comment notification opens over Social.
  • On the web, you are asked before something you typed is thrown away, and a comment you did not send is still there when you come back to it.
  • Leaving a program with unsaved changes on the web no longer brings you back to it on the next Back.

5 October 2026

  • Comments now show which workout they are about at the top, even from a notification. Tap it to open the workout.
  • The comment box is one line until you need more, and the character count shows only when you get close to the limit.
  • Machine busy now tells you when your backup exercise is already in this workout.
  • Privacy and Password and sign-in in Me now have their own icons.
  • Comments that could not load now say so with Try again, instead of looking like nobody has commented yet.

5 October 2026

  • Each kind of best has its own colour: gold for weight, violet for volume, blue for time and distance, rose for reps. Easy to read in light and dark.
  • The new best dot on progress charts is easier to see in light mode.

5 October 2026

  • The feed updates by itself when you come back to it. On the phone app, pull down to refresh.
  • Training now is tidier: one line per friend and one High-five button. Tap High-fived again to take it back.
  • In the phone app, a group invite link can now be copied: select it, or use Share and pick Copy.

5 October 2026

  • Copy or start the same program twice and the new one gets a number, like Push Pull Legs (2). Renaming to a name you already use offers a free one.
  • Big volume totals in kg now show in tonnes, like 128.4 t, so they stay easy to read.

5 October 2026

  • In the app, swipe a drop left to delete just that drop, with Undo. Swiping now shows a red Delete area, and a one-time tip shows you how.
  • On Android, the weight in a set row is shown in full again during a workout.

3 October 2026

  • Sharing a workout now sends a short, clear message: reps first, your units, your new bests up front, and a link to your profile.
  • The workout card you share after a workout now lists your new bests first, the same as in the feed.

Hold a number to pick from a wheel

  • Press and hold the reps, weight, time or distance of a set to open a wheel. Spin it to your number and tap Done or outside to save.
  • The wheel steps like the buttons do (2.5 kg on a barbell) with a light tick per value. Back closes it without a change, and a tap still opens the keypad.

Hold and swipe to change a number

  • Press and hold the reps or weight of a set, then swipe up or down to change it one step at a time, with a light buzz on every step. Let go to save.
  • A quick tap on a set still opens the keypad, and the hold works on drops, times and distances too.

3 October 2026

  • If deleting your account stops partway, for example on a very large history, it now finishes by itself within a day.

Deleting your account, done fully

  • People who deleted their account now show as Deleted user in your Activity. New members without a profile show as Someone new.
  • When you delete your account, anything an app still open on another device saves right after is now removed too, within two days.

3 October 2026

  • A Fire or Strong reaction now notifies you like kudos, and Activity says which reactions you got.
  • The social feed is newest first again, your own workouts included.

One word for a best

  • A lift you beat is now called a best everywhere, with one medal, instead of a mix of PR, record and best.
  • A workout in the feed shows one New best pill on its headline lift, and a quiet "+3 more bests" for the rest.
  • Progress says "matches your best" when a lift ties its best, so it no longer reads like a new one.

Effort as RIR or RPE

  • Record effort as reps in reserve (RIR) or as RPE from 1 to 10. Pick one in Settings or the first time you record effort.
  • Tap ? next to effort to see what RIR and RPE mean. Past sets show in the scale you pick, and Type sets reads rir 2 too.

Finish fits, and the workout bar stays clear

  • Once every set is ticked, Finish fills the whole bottom of the workout screen, and on a narrow phone it is never cut off.
  • On the phone app, the bar for your open workout no longer covers the end of Plan and the other tabs.

A tidier Settings

  • Sign out now asks before it signs you out, so a stray tap never does it.
  • The section buttons at the top of Settings now wrap onto a second line, so none are cut off.
  • The Account row on Me is now called Password and sign-in, which is what it opens.

Machine busy in one tap

  • Machine busy? Tap Busy? on the exercise you are doing now to see what to do instead, without opening the menu.
  • The exercise menu is shorter: one Swap row, at the top, now covers both a busy machine and picking any other exercise.
