Back goes back to where you were, on every page. A finished workout opened from the feed now goes back to the feed.
Switching views on Plan, Social and Progress no longer fills Back, so one Back leaves the tab.
A link opened while signed out now opens after you sign in.
Fixed
Back never shows a workout, program, exercise or group you just deleted or left.
After signing out, Back leaves the app.

Every set is one row again on the phone app, at any text size: the numbers shrink to fit instead of the row splitting in two.

Improved
The phone app now installs updates by itself when you open it, instead of needing two restarts.
Fixed
With larger text or a narrow phone, set rows no longer squeeze the reps, weight and Log button out of view.

Fixed
On Android, the workout screen no longer shows a big empty gap above your sets when an exercise has a tip to add weight.
Per-set targets fit under Last again, for example "5 @ 8", instead of being cut off.

Improved
Bigger number pad keys, clearer buttons in dark mode, and the box you are typing in is highlighted.
The workout screen fits better with large text and on smaller phones, and scrolls more smoothly.
When editing a finished workout, Save changes and Cancel now sit at the bottom of the screen.
Fixed
Closing the number pad no longer saves a half-typed number. A new number is only saved when you tap Log set, Next or Done.
The Log button on sets still to come now looks like a button you can tap.
A weight much lighter than last time now asks you to confirm, just like a much heavier one.
Set targets from your program now line up with your working sets when you add warm-ups.
The app no longer crashes on some Android phones when you leave a workout.

Improved
The Social feed and group pages load faster and use less data.
Training now shows a friend who starts a workout within seconds while you stay on the feed.
A group page shows its running, upcoming and just finished challenges. Older ones are one tap away under Past challenges.

On a friend's workout, tap an exercise to see how it is done and your own history with it. Back takes you to their workout.
Reply to a comment in one tap: it starts your comment with their @handle.
Improved
Deleting a comment now sits behind the ··· button, so a trash icon no longer sits on every comment. The comment box on the phone is one compact row.
Every challenge says what it ranks, like "Ranked by plan done", and rows read "5 of 5 planned".
Crews are now called groups everywhere, including the home screen widget and the website.
On the phone, a high-five from a profile and a reaction on a friend's workout give a light buzz.

Improved
Rest over now buzzes as well as rings on Android, so you feel it with your phone in your pocket.
Your phone now buzzes when you change the rest by 15 seconds, link a superset or save a check-in, and gives a different buzz if a save fails.
On Android browsers the number wheel buzzes as it turns. Turn it off in Settings, Appearance, Haptics.
Fixed
Discarding a workout buzzes once instead of twice, and a friend's high-five no longer buzzes in the middle of your set.

Forgot to press Finish? 45 minutes after your last set Liftorra asks "Done training?", and Finish saves the workout with your last set as its end.
A workout you left open shows on Today with Finish it, Keep going or Discard. Turn the reminder off in Settings, Notifications.

Program editor rows are calmer: the name on one line, the sets and rest under it, and one ··· for Move, Superset and Remove. Tap a row to change its targets.
Removing an exercise or a session from a program now offers Undo. A number out of range says so and keeps the last good value.
Program name and description moved to Details in the ··· menu, so your sessions come first. All shows real reps, and tinted sets are labelled.
Progress has one lift search at the top and always opens on Lifts. History filters by your own session names, and Again repeats a workout.
An exercise page shows your history first and keeps you in Progress. Programs is a button on Plan, and Week totals show only what you logged.

Me is shorter and grouped: your things, your settings, then What's new and help. Appearance, haptics, targets and password are in Settings.
The numbers on the Social tab, the bell and the Friends and Groups tabs now always add up.
Your own workout card in the feed looks just like your friends' cards. Tap its reactions to see who reacted.
Profiles show one workout count and say each thing once.
On a friend's workout, their bests are listed at the top, and the set that made each best is highlighted in its colour.

Each set is one tidy line: reps, weight, how hard it felt, then Log. The Log and done boxes are the same height as your numbers.
Finish sits right under the rest timer, full width, so it is always in the same place.
The keypad offers last time's number in one tap, its keys never move while you type, and it says why Log set is waiting.
The exercise menu is shorter: Swap, Rest, Superset, Move, Type sets, Notes, About and Remove. In the app it changes in place.
Every button in the workout screen is big enough to hit with a sweaty thumb.
Fixed
In the app, swiping a set left shows the red Delete again: swipe a little and tap Delete, or swipe all the way. Undo is still there.

Your next set is higher on the screen while you train. Who sees you training is now an eye next to the clock: tap it to hide this workout, with Undo.
The tip under an exercise says it plainly, like Set 3: aim for 9 reps, 8 last time. The effort you logged now sits inside its own set.
Opening an exercise closes the others, and the numbers you lifted stay easy to read once ticked.
Move, Add note for today and deleting a set are in the menus now: pick Move, or hold an exercise name, to drag exercises around.

A finished workout opens on your sets: one line of stats, who sees it in one row, then every exercise. New bests are listed after the sets.
Do this again is the one big button on a finished workout. Share, Edit, Save as program and Doesn't count are in the ··· menu, with Delete last and set apart.
Set tables only show a Note column when a set has a note, and a friend's workout reads the same way as yours.

Improved
Finishing a workout is two taps: Finish, then Save workout takes you to Today with a Share button if you want it.
The finish screen is shorter: empty sets fit on one line, who sees it is one row you can change, and "Doesn't count" sits under More.
6 October 2026
Improved
Sets read one way everywhere: reps first, then the weight, like 8 × 87.5 kg. Progress tables now read the same way.
Program targets are written in words, like 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps, so they no longer look like a set.
The finish screen sums up each exercise in one line, and the Type sets help shows clearer examples.

The Monday group recap and challenge results no longer get lost at night: they arrive when your quiet hours end.
Quiet hours keep your time zone when you change a setting on another device, with a button to use this one instead.
