Crew week

  • Each group now shows who trained this week, where you stand, and a short recap every Monday.
  • Activity tells you when someone passes you in a challenge, and who won when it ends.

Training now and high-fives

  • See when friends are training and send them a high-five. They feel it mid-workout.
  • Choose if friends see when you're training in Settings, under Privacy. Strangers never do.
  • Pull down to refresh the feed, or use Refresh on the web.

Activity

  • See who gave you kudos, commented or accepted your request, all in one place on Social.
  • A dot on Social tells you when something new happened. Tap a line to open the workout, the person or the group.

Tools in the app

  • Tools, under Me and in Settings: work out your one-rep max, the plates for each side of the bar, and kg to lb. Works offline.
  • Fill the one-rep max from your best recent set of an exercise, then tap a weight in the rep table to see its plates.
  • The plate calculator uses the bar and plates you set for your gym, the same as the keypad.

Faster logging

  • Log a whole exercise in one go: type or say it, like "3 sets of 8 at 60 kilos" or 3x8@60. You see every set before it is added.
  • Start a line with the exercise name, like "squat 5x5 100", to log it straight into that exercise.
  • Add warm-ups in one tap: empty bar, then lighter sets up to your working weight. Once you add them, that exercise gets them every time.
  • Machine busy? Swap it for one that works the same muscles, with the ones you have done before first. Change it in your program too if you like.
  • Know what to load: set your bar and plates in Settings, and the keypad shows which plates go on each side. Suggested weights round to what you can load.
  • The rest timer learns your usual rest for each exercise from how you actually rest, unless your program sets its own.

Just log, no program needed

  • Not following a program? Pick "I just want to log my workouts" when you start, and Today goes straight to logging.
  • Today lists your last few workouts. Tap one to do it again, filled in with your numbers from last time.
  • Every finished workout has Do this again and Save as program, in History and on the workout itself.
  • Plan works without a program: it shows the days you trained, how many this week and your streak in weeks.
  • Without a program, the tip under an exercise shows last time and one more rep to aim for, like 8 × 60 kg, try 9.

Share your programs

  • Share a program with a link. Anyone can open it, even without an account, and copy it into their own plans in one tap.
  • After you change a shared program, update the shared version, or stop sharing to turn the link off.
  • A new sharing level, Friends & groups: your friends and everyone in your groups see your workouts. New accounts start with it.
  • Workouts shared with Friends & groups count toward group challenges, just like public ones.
  • The exercise picker lists your own exercises first, and the weigh-in keypad starts at your last weigh-in.
  • A day with more than one finished workout now shows all of them in your week.
  • A workout you discard leaves Today and the calendar right away.
  • Importing the same file again tells you plainly when there is nothing new.

Your own check-in items

  • Add your own check-in items in Settings: numbers with a unit and a daily goal, like water or carbs, or simple checkboxes, like creatine.
  • Tick a checkbox on Today with one tap, see your items in the week totals, and follow them over time in Progress.
  • Hide any of the four built-in check-in numbers you do not use.
  • Deleting an item keeps what you logged. Add it again under the same name and its history comes back.

Holds, carries and cardio

  • Planks and other holds log a time, with a big hold timer that counts up and buzzes at your target.
  • Carries, sleds and cardio machines log metres and time, like 40 m with 24 kg or 500 m in 1:52.
  • New bests for your longest hold, farthest distance, fastest pace and most reps.
  • Tap the rest timer to pick a length, and keep it for that exercise from now on.
  • Settings has a default rest, a switch for starting rest by itself after a tick, and a reset for the rests you kept per exercise.
  • Type 3x45s, 3x40m or 3x500m to log three holds, carries or rows at once.
  • Going back while a hold runs asks first, so a long plank is never lost by accident.
  • Reps come first everywhere: a set reads 10 × 40 kg, and the keypad opens on reps.
  • Programs can set a time or distance target, and the next session adds 5 seconds or 10 metres once you hit it.

A calmer Liftorra

  • A fresh, calm look with a bright Volt accent, in light and dark.
  • Simpler tabs: Today, Plan, Progress and Social. Tap your avatar for Me.
  • Short demo animations for 115 exercises, so you can check your form before a set.
  • A You card at the top of Social, with View profile and Edit profile.
  • Faster set logging: one row per set with a number keypad, or type your sets, like 6x60x50x40 for a set with drops.
  • About this exercise, Type sets and Replace in the workout exercise menu now open.
  • Group member actions work again: make admin, transfer ownership and remove.
